MGS is proud to manage a range of residential and commercial properties spanning Albany, Schoharie, and Greene counties. This can include arranging weekly or biweekly reports for property checks while clients are out of town, or seasonal contracts for lawn care, scheduled maintenance of mulch, plantings, hedge trimming, or snow and ice removal. 

For those who prefer to oversee their own property, we have resources available to tailor it exactly to your design. If you need a consultation for landscape design, we are able to provide CAD renderings and generate estimates to exact specifications. Major projects can be broken down into stages for convenience and cost-efficiency, so there really is no project too big or too small to increase the value of your property.
